It has an in-house network of parts suppliers from its casting factory, stamping factory, and metallurgical factory. Good utility service is available.
4. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis: When completed it will generate a sales income of one billion yuan, and a profit of 120 million, contributing to the state coffers 60 million in tax, and is expected to recoup investment in six years.
